Berlin needs affordable housing – with this assumption, Laborgh acquired a plot in Niederschöneweide in early 2014. Only a few months later, the project was already sold “ready to use” to the local housing association STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten GmbH.

The construction work started in January 2015, realized by the company Kondor Wessels. Within the next two years, 160 apartments with a rental space of 10,700 square meters will be built directly right on the River Spree.
