Laborgh has acquired two plots in the heart of Ludwigsfelde, where two residential and commercial buildings as well as 14 terraced houses are being built. The buildings along Potsdamer Strasse will be used for commercial purposes on the ground floor and flats will be built on the first to fifth floors to meet the high demand. The project was sold turnkey to STADT UND LAND.

Ludwigsfelde with approx. 25,000 inhabitants is located in the urban hinterland of Berlin and is known as an excellent business location. The city has always been characterised by the influx of new residents, which is due to the high density of jobs and the numerous family-friendly facilities.
